Requester seats are for the engineers and colleagues who submit test requests, track status, and receive reports. Requester seats cost a fraction of a lab seat, so rolling LIMSey out to your whole engineering organization stays affordable.
What's included in the price?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. After a demo, we configure LIMSey around your actual workflows so you can try it with real data — not a generic demo environment. You go live only when you're confident it works for your lab.
How much does implementation cost?
Standard setup is collaborative and led by our team — configuring your workflows, training your users, and getting you live with our default report templates. Labs with bigger scope — custom report templates, historical data migration, custom features, or on-site training — may have a one-time implementation fee. It's scoped to your lab and quoted before you commit, so you'll see the exact number in your demo quote. Nothing is ever billed that wasn't agreed up front.
What does this cost for a large engineering organization?
